  • No minimum purchase required

  • No shipping charges added at checkout

Standard Shipping Rates (Non-Chair Items)

  • Orders $65 and over: Free shipping on qualifying items

  • Orders under $65: Flat rate shipping of $7.99

  • Free shipping eligibility is based on cart subtotal before tax and coupons


Processing Time and Delivery Window

  • Most orders process within 2 business days

  • Delivery typically occurs within 3–5 business days after shipment

  • Delivery times may vary based on:

    • Product availability

    • Order quantity

    • Shipping destination

    • Shipping method

    • Manufacturer or warehouse fulfillment requirements

Carriers and Tracking

At PopularChairs.com, your complete satisfaction is our priority. If a purchase is not the right fit, most items may be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase, subject to the terms below.


Return Timeframes and Exceptions

14-Day Return Window

  • Furniture (office chairs, desks, file cabinets, white boards)

  • Items must include all accessories and original packaging

Opened Technology

  • Opened computers, business machines, and software

  • Eligible for exchange for the same item within 14 days

  • Original packaging and accessories required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Cleaning, sanitation, breakroom, and safety products, including:

    • COVID test kits and PPE

    • Masks, gloves, face shields, goggles, gowns, thermometers

    • Facility and related supplies

    • Food, hygene items or any consumables

Special Order Products

  • Items not stocked in our warehouses

  • Items marked SPECIAL ORDER

  • Not eligible for return or exchange


Mistaken Returns

Please ensure the correct item is packaged, labeled, and shipped with all required documentation.

  • Incorrect items returned will be held for 10 days

  • Items may be donated, destroyed, or recycled after the hold period

If an item is not the right fit, ordered incorrectly, or no longer needed:

  • The item may be returned within the applicable return window

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging with all accessories and documentation

For non-defective returns:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • A prepaid return label may be provided for convenience

  • If used, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund

  • Because delivery is free on qualifying orders, there is no outbound shipping fee to refund
