Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all chair orders.

  • The free shipping minimum is based on your cart subtotal, excluding taxes and applied coupons.

  • Free shipping does not apply to orders that require freight delivery. Freight shipping charges are outlined below.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other reliable carriers.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent via email within 24 hours, when available. Please note that tracking may not be provided for all shipments.

  • Business deliveries may require a signature.

  • Residential deliveries are made at the carrier’s discretion.

Order Cancellations and Changes

Once an order is submitted, cancellations or changes cannot be made.
Due to fast processing times, orders are immediately sent to our distribution centers for fulfillment.

If you no longer need an item after ordering, please submit a return request through our Contact Us page for assistance.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and depend on several factors, including:

  • Product availability at our distribution centers

  • Order processing time

  • Shipping destination

  • Carrier method

  • Whether the item requires freight shipping

Delivery estimates:

  • Exclude weekends and holidays

  • Apply to business days only

  • May be longer for large, bulk, or manufacturer-direct shipments

  • Tracking details will be provided once available, typically within 24-48 hours

Shipping Restrictions

PopularChairs.com currently does not ship to:

  • Alaska or Hawaii

  • U.S. territories

  • PO Boxes

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • International destinations

Orders also cannot be shipped to:

  • UPS or FedEx stores

  • USPS locations

  • Mail holding facilities

  • Freight forwarding companies

Freight and Oversized Shipping

Large furniture and oversized items that require freight shipping do not qualify for free shipping.

Freight shipping details:

  • $0 for the first item – shipping is free

  • $0 for each additional item – shipping is free

  • Shipping charges are shown at checkout

If the final freight cost differs from the quoted amount, you will be contacted for approval prior to shipment.

Freight delivery timelines:

  • Typically 5 to 10 business days

  • Delivered Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

  • Someone must be available to sign for delivery

Before signing, please inspect the shipment and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.

Freight Delivery Terms

  • Freight deliveries are dock or tailgate delivery only

  • Inside delivery is not included by default but may be available upon request

  • Installation and packaging removal are not included

Inside delivery may be available for business addresses in select metropolitan areas for an additional charge. If requested, the customer is responsible for all associated fees.

Inside delivery is not available for residential addresses or home offices.

Residential Delivery

Residential delivery may not be available in all areas.
If delivery cannot be completed to your address, you will be contacted to discuss alternatives.

Refused or Failed Deliveries

Orders that are refused or fail delivery for reasons other than carrier error may be subject to:

  • Return shipping charges

  • A restocking fee of up to 15%

Important Packaging Notice

Please retain all original packaging and shipping materials.

  • Items returned without original packaging cannot be refunded or replaced.

  • No exceptions apply, as returned products without original packaging cannot be credited by our vendors.
